Pastry Pie Crust – Butter Busters^

Ingrients & Directions


1 c Flour -margarine
3/4 t Lie salt, optional 2 ea Tb (to 3) cold water
4 ea Tb Promise Ultra fatfree

Preheat oven to 475F. Mix toggether all of the ingredients. Stir with
a fork until thoroughly mixed: do not over work the dough. Shape into
a ball and place between 2 pieces of waxed paper that have been
dusted with flour. Roll the pastry into a circle large enough to fit
in a 9″ ppie pan. Spray pan with Pam. Arrange crust in pan. Cut off
the edges that hang over. Prick bottom with a fork. Bake 10 minutes
or until golden brown. Cool before adding filling. If you are making
a pie where the filling neeeds to be cooked with the shell, simply
bake at 350 for 45 minutes or however long the recipe calls for. Work
foil over the edges while baking so the crust won’t get overbrown.
Remove foil for the last five minutes. Per sugar serving: 52 cal.,
0.12g fat (2%), 0mg chol., 0g fiber, 2g pro., 12g carb., 47mg sod.
