Ingrients & Directions


CAKE
2 c Sugar
2 c Flour
2 Beaten eggs
1/2 c Water
3 Pureed Habaneros
(fresh or frozen)
2 lb Can crushed pineapple
7 oz Coconut
1 c Raisins
1 c Walnuts
1 ts Vanilla extract
1 ts Baking soda
1 ts Cinnamon
1/2 ts Nutmeg
Icing
1/4 lb Butter
8 oz Cream cheese
1/2 lb Powdered sugar
2 ts Chile powder

CAKE Mix 2 minutes. Bake 350 degrees 35 – 45 minutes (until toothpick in
center pulls out clean) WALT
