Ingrients & Directions


2 Eggs
1 c Sugar
1 tb Honey-spice cake seasoning
1 ts Baking soda
3 tb Water
1 c Honey
3 c Sifted flour

Cream 2 eggs & 1 C. sugar until white. Add 1 Tablespoon Honey-spice cake
seasoning, 1 teaspoon baking soda dissolved in 3 tablespoons water, 1 Cup
honey, & 3 Cups sifted flour. Work ingredients well into a dough, then
knead on floured board. Sprinkle with flour & roll out 1/4 ” thick. Cut
into shapes. Place on greased bakinsheet and Bake in 400 degree oven about
10 minutes Store air tight and glaze before serving. ** No Glaze recipe
