2 c KELLOGG’S Raisin Bran, crush
1 c Whole wheat flour
1 c All-purpose flour
1 ts Baking soda
3/4 c Margarine, softened
2/3 c Granulated sugar
1/2 c Brown sugar (firmly packed)
2 ea Eggs
In large bowl, mix together raisin bran, flours, and soda; set aside.
In large mixing bowl, beat margarine and sugars until light and
fluffy. Add eggs; beat well. Stir in cereal mixture, thoroughly
combining. Drop by scant 1/4 cup measure onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake in preheated, 350 degree F oven about 14 minutes or lightly
browned. Makes 18 cookies.
