Ingrients & Directions
1 1/2 c Flour
1/4 c Granulated sugar replacement
1/2 c Unsweetened cocoa powder
1 1/2 ts Baking soda
1 c Low fat milk
2/3 c Liquid shortening
2 Eggs
Combine all ingredients in large bowl and beat just until blended. Pour
into well greased and floured 9×13 cake pan. Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes
or until done.
NOTES : Calories=86 per serving with 1 gram fat
