1 pk Cream cheese — softened 8 1 1/2 ts Vanilla extract
Oz 12 oz White chocolate
4 c Confectioner’s sugar 3/4 c Pecans — chopped
In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth.
In a double boiler, melt chocolate. Fold into cream cheese mixture
with pecans. Spread into a greased 8 in. baking pan. Chill until
ready to serve. Cut into squares. Yield: 48 pieces.
