1 c Flour
2 tb Sugar
1/8 ts Salt
1/2 c Butter
1 cn Cherry Pie Filling
—-Topping Ingredients—-
6 oz Cream Cheese
1 Egg
1/3 c Sugar
1/2 ts Vanilla
Combine flour, sugar and salt. Add butter until mixture is crumbly to the
touch. Press into bottom and sides of a 9-inch pan. Pour cherry filling
over crust. For topping, combine all ingredients and blend well. Spoon
topping onto crust/cherry filling. Bake at 350 for 30 to 40 minutes or
until topping is firm. Chill thoroughly.
