Coffee Can Bread

Ingrients & Directions


1 pk Dry yeast Continued….
1/2 c Warm water

Put in bowl and let stand for 15 minutes. While standing, not you the
bread, add 1 tbsp. sugar.

Add: 2 more tbsp. sugar 2 tbsp. oil
1 large can evaporated milk 4 cups of flour

Beat with mixer. Beat well. Grease two 1 lb. coffee tins. Grease
lid. Divide dough into can and cover lightly with lid. Let rise
until lid pops up, about 45 minutes. Bake at 325 degrees for 50
minutes in cans.
