Fluffy Lemon Torte

Ingrients & Directions


1 cn Evaporated milk; chilled
1 pk Lemon jello
1 c Boiling water
3/4 c Sugar
1 Lemon; juice and rind

Have milk, bowl and beater very cold before beating. Do not beat milk until
Jello starts to set.

Prepare the jello in the 1 cup boiling water. Whip milk into foamy heap,
gradually add sugar. Then add jello, juice and rind.

Line oblong pan or a 8×8-inch aluminum pan with graham cracker crumbs. Pour
mixture into pan and sprinkle with crumbs. Chill overnight.

Note: the original recipe called for condensed milk or 1 cup of chilled
coffee rich. If you can find unsweetened condensed milk – use it.
