Hawaiian Flours Lemon Poppy Seed Sour Cream Bread

Ingrients & Directions


1 c Bread flour
1 c All Purpose flour
1 c Lemon Cake Mix
1/2 c Whole wheat flour
3 tb Gluten flour
3 tb Sugar
2 ts Yeast
2 tb Oil
2 tb Poppy seeds
1 lg Egg
1/3 c Sour cream
1 c Water
1/4 c Liquid–3T lemon juice
Plus water.

Add ingredients in accordance with ABM guidelines. Makes a moist and
sweet loaf suitable for breakfast or desert.
