Ingrients & Directions
4 oz Pizza dough
3 oz Premium quality hot fudge;
-room temperature
1/4 c Melted butter
1 tb Sugar in the raw
Vanilla bean ice cream
Powdered sugar
Cocoa powder
Spread dough on floured pizza peel. Place fudge in middle of dough and fold
and seal. Brush top with butter and sprinkle sugar on top of the butter.
Bake in 400 degree oven until golden brown. Remove from the oven. Serve
with vanilla bean ice cream. Dust with powdered sugar and cocoa powder for
presentation.
