Ingrients & Directions
2 c Flour
1 c Sugar
1 c Coffee, brewed
4 tb Cocoa
2 ts Soda
1 ts Vanilla
1/4 ts Salt
1 c Mayonnaise
Cream sugar and mayonnaise. Add flour in which soda and salt have been
sifted alternately with coffee in which cocoa has been dissolved. Stir in
vanilla. Bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes in two layer pans which have been
greased and dusted with flour.
This is a moist chocolate cake we usually top with the hard fudge icing.
