Menchu’s Carrot Cake

Ingrients & Directions


2 c Flour
3 Carrots
2 c Sugar
1 1/2 c Wesson oil
4 Eggs
1/2 c Walnut
2 ts Baking soda
2 ts Cinnamon

-ICING-
2 Bottles avoset whipping
-cream
2 pk Cream cheese
1/2 c Powdered sugar

Grate the carrots. Mix with oil. Add dry ingredients plus eggs. Add nuts
and raisins (optional). Cook in pan for 1 hour at 350’F.

Icing: Blend altogether and spread over the cake.
