Quick Creme De Menthe Pie

1 c Heavy cream 1 8-inch chocolate crumb crust
1 c Milk — baked
1/4 c Creme de menthe Whipped cream
1 pk (4 oz) instant chocolate Shaved semisweet chocolate
— fudge pudding mix

Preparation Time: 0:15 1. In a medium bowl, beat cream with an
electric mixer on high until stiff, 2 to 3 mins.

2. In a medium bowl, combine milk, creme de menthe, and pudding mix.
Beat with electric mixer on low speed 1 min. Fold in whipped cream
until well blended.

3. Turn mixture into crumb crust, spreading evenly. Refrigerate 1
hour or longer, until set. Top with whipped cream and shave
chocolate. Refrigerate any leftovers.
