Real Chocolate Bread Abm

Ingrients & Directions


1 pk Yeast 1 Egg; unbeaten
3 c Flour, bread 1/4 c Soft butter, or margerine
1/2 c Sugar 1/2 ts Vanilla
1/4 c Unsweetened cocoa 1 c Warm milk

Bring all ingredients to room temperature and pour into bakery, in
order. Set “baking control” at 10 o’clock. Select “white bread” and
push Start.

In hot & humid weather, use 1/8 c less water.
