Ingrients & Directions
1 Box white cake mix 2 c Powdered sugar
12 oz Coconut 9 oz Cool Whip
16 oz Sour cream
Bake cake in 2 layers cut to make 4 layers. Mix coconut, sour cream
and sugar. Set aside 1/2 cup of this mixture, spread rest over the 3
layers. Mix reserve with Cool Whip and spread over top and sides.
Refrigerate 3 days before serving.
