Shepherd’s Pie ***** # 10

Ingrients & Directions


3 tb Oil 1/2 ts Savory
2 Onions, minced 1 ts Salt
2 Celery stalks, minced 10 oz Can of cream corn
2 Carrots,finely diced 4 c Mashed potatoes
1 lb Lean ground beef

Directions Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Heat the oil in a skillet.
Saute the onions, celery and carrots. Add the beef and brown. Season
eith savory and salt. Drain excess fat. Place the meat mixture in a
casserole dish. Pour the corn over the meat. Top with mashed
potatoes. Bake in oven for 20 minutes.
