Ingrients & Directions
1/2 c Lard
1/4 c Sugar
1/4 c Brown sugar
1 1/4 c Flour
1 Egg
1/4 ts Salt
Beat lard and sugars together till creamy. Add egg and beat well. Add
flour and salt, mix thoroughly. Chill in icebox several hours until
firm. Slice with a sharp knife and put on baking sheet and bake in a
moderate oven until light brown.
