Ingrients & Directions
1 3/4 ts active dry yeast
3 c bread flour
1 ts salt
1 1/2 tb granulated sugar
1 1/2 tb nonfat dry milk
1 1/2 tb butter/margarine
1 c plus 3 tablespoons, plus 1
-teaspoon; water
Press SELECT for Yeast Bread.
Press BAKING CONTROL for Medium.
Press START. Bread will be ready in 4 hours and 4 minutes.
