1 c Water
3/4 c Beans,Black,Dry,
Cooked,Drained. Packed
1 1/2 tb Applesauce
1 1/2 tb Honey
3/4 ts Salt
1 1/2 c Whole-Wheat Flour
1 1/2 c Bread Flour
1 1/2 ts Yeast

D. German II Med Page 67 NOTES : OK tasting and
quality. Can’t tell it has black beans in it. Would
pick this to go with soup.
