Bittersweet Fudge Sauce

Ingrients & Directions


6 tb Butter; unsalted 1 c Unsweetened cocoa powder
2/3 c Sugar 2/3 c Heavy cream
2/3 c Brown sugar; dark 1/8 ts Salt

Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan. cook over a medium heat,
stirring constantly, until butter melts. Reduce heat to low. Cook,
stirring constantly until sugar melts and sauce is smooth. Serve
warm. Store in a tightly covered container in the refrigerator for up
to 1 month. Reheat over hot water.
