Creamy Nutella Cheesecake

Ingrients & Directions


Makes 12 slices

-CRUST-
1 1/4 c Graham cracker crumbs 1/3 c Granulated sugar
1/3 c Margarine, melted

FILLING
2 ea 8oz packages cream cheese, 1/2 c Sugar
-softened 1/4 ts Vanilla extract
1 c Nutella

FOR CRUST

In a small bowl, stir crumbs, melted margarine and sugar. Into 8 1/2
inch springform pan, press crust mixture acrosss bottom and 1 1/2 in
up sides. Set aside.
For Filling:
With electric mixer on medium, beat cream cheese and sugar until
smooth. Pour into prepared crust and chill at least 4 hours. Run
sharp knife around edge to loosen before serving.
Note: I have no idea when you add the Nutella, the darn recipe
doesn’t say! After the recipe there’s a notice that you can get more
recipes by calling 1-800-NUTELLA. Or if you make up your own you can
send it to them and if they print it, they’ll send you a year’s
supply of Nutella (wonder how much THAT is?). Send recipes to:
