Creole Pecan Pie

Ingrients & Directions


1 9″ pie crust,unbaked
1 c Karo syrup, blue label
1 c Sugar
1 c Pecans
2 Eggs, beaten
1/8 ts Salt
2 tb Pareve margarine, melted

Mix ingreds. together, adding pecans last. Pour into pastry shell.
Bake in 400 F. oven for 40 min. or until a knife inserted in center
of filling comes out clean. Cool on wire rack.
