Ingrients & Directions
1 (9-inch) baked graham
-cracker pie crust
1/4 lb Butter
1 c Confectioner’s sugar
2 Eggs; beaten
2 oz Chocolate bits
1/2 ts Peppermint extract
1/2 pt Whipping cream
Cream butter & sugar well; add beaten eggs, one spoonful at a time, mixing
until smooth after each addition. Melt chocolate over hot water & cool.
Stir chocolate into egg mixture & mix well. Add flavoring & pour into pie
shell. Top with whipped cream & chill 12 hours before serving.
