1 lb Flaked cooked whitefish, 1 ts Dry parsley flakes
-cod or haddock 3/4 ts Salt
1 1/2 c Soft bread bread crumbs 1 1/2 c Italian seasoned bread
3 ea Eggs, beaten -crumbs
2-4 T Water 2 tb Cooking oil
1 md Onion, chopped Tartar sauce (optional)
2 tb Mayonnaise Lemon wedges (optional)
1 1/2 ts Dry mustard
In a bowl; combine the first nine ingredients; mix well. Shape into 12
patties, adding additional water if needed; coat with the Italian
bread crumbs. In a large skillet, cook the patties in oil for 4-5
minutes on each side or until lightly browned. Serve immediately with
tartar sauce and lemon wedges if desired.
Serves 4-6.
