1 Yellow cake mix (save out 1
Cup)
1 Egg
1/2 c Margarine — melted
16 oz Pumpkin
1/4 c Brown sugar
2 Eggs
2/3 c Evaporated milk
2 ts Pumpkin pie spice
1 c Saved cake mix
1 ts Cinnamon
1/4 c Margarine cut in (like pie
Crust)
Cool Whip
Mix first 3 ingredients and spread in 9×13 inch greased pan. Mix next 5
ingredients and pour over cake mix. Mix together the 1 cup of cake mix, 1
teaspoon cinnamon, and 1/4 cup margarine (cut in like making pie crust).
Sprinkle on top and bake at 315 F for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Keep in
refrigerator; top with Cool Whip.
