3 c Flour
1 ts Baking soda
2 ts Baking powder
1 ts Salt
1 c Butter
1 1/4 c Brown sugar
1 c Sugar
3 tb Pumpkin pie spice
2 ts Vanilla
4 Eggs
3 tb Molasses
1 1/4 c Pumpkin
1/2 c Buttermilk
FILLING
1 c Butter
10 tb Marshmallow cream; heaping
1 c Powdered sugar
1 ts Vanilla
Preheat oven to 350 Combine cookie ingredients and drop by spoonfuls on
cookie sheets. Bake for 10 minutes and cool completely. Beat filling
ingredients together and sandwich between 2 cooled cookies. Wrap with
plastic wrap.
NOTES : I use crisco icing for filling.
