Ingrients & Directions
1 c plus 2 tbsp water [80 deg] 1 3/4 c all purpose flour
1 c whole wheat flour
1/2 c cracked wheat cereal
2 tb brown sugar; packed
1 1/2 ts salt
1 tb butter or marg
2 ts active dry yeast
Add water to the pan. Add flours, cereal, sugar and salt to the pan.
Level dry ingredients. Place a piece of butter in each corner. Make a
well and add yeast. Program for “whole wheat”.
