Whole Wheat And Popcorn Bread

Ingrients & Directions


LISA CRAWLEY/TEASPOON-
2 2/3 c whole wheat flour
1/2 c popcorn flour
1/4 c gluten flour
1 1/2 tb dry milk
1 1/2 ts sea salt
1 1/4 c water
3 tb soy margarine
1 1/2 tb molasses
1 tb honey
4 ts active dry yeast

Put ingred. in pan according to mfr. directions. Program for whole
wheat mode if your machine has the capability. Invert bread on wire
rack after baking cycle is finished. Allow to cool completely.

Yields
1 lg. loaf
