3 c Bread flour
1/4 c Dry milk
1 Tbl butter
1 ts Salt
2 Tbl sugar
1 1/4 c Warm water
2 c Cheddar Cheese; Med
-Cheddar, 6 Oz

This is one of the recipes from the DAK book that really come out good.
