Ingrients & Directions
2 1/2 ts Yeast
1/4 c Sugar
3 c Bread flour
1 ts Salt
1 lg Egg
1/4 c Shortening
3 tb Powdered milk
1 1/2 c Water — warmed
Put all the ingredients in order into the bread maker. Select the sweet
bread/manual cycle for the breadmaker. Only allow it to kneed and rise one
time. Grease hands and pinch off pieces and place on a cookie sheet that
has been sprayed with non-stick spray. Let rise until double. Bake for
15-18 minutes at 350
