Ingrients & Directions
1 3/4 c Brown sugar 1/2 ts Cloves
1/2 c Butter 1/2 ts Nutmeg
1 ts Baking powder 2 1/4 c Flour
1 ts Baking soda 3/4 c Sour milk
1/2 ts Salt 1/2 c Pecans or walnuts
1 ts Cinnamon
1) Cream butter and sugar well.
2) Combine dry ingredients and add alternately with
milk to butter/sugar mixture.
3) Add the nuts and put in a well greased 8 x 8 inch
pan.
4) Bake at 350 for 35 to 40 minutes.
