Key Lime Pie

Ingrients & Directions


1 9″ baked pastry shell Yellow food coloring (opt)
1 9″ graham cracker crust Green food coloring (opt)
6 Egg yolks Whipped cream or
28 oz Sweetened condensed milk Whipped topping
8 oz Lime juice from concentrate

Preheat oven to 325’F. In large mixer bowl, beat egg yolks with
sweetened condensed milk, lime juice and food coloring if desired.

Pour into prepared pastry shell; bake 40 minutes. Cool. Chill. Top
with whipped cream. Garnish as desired. Refrigerate leftovers.
