2 c All-purpose flour 1/4 ts Salt
1/4 ts Baking soda 1 c Sourdough starter
2 ts Baking powder 1/4 c Vegetable oil
Combine dry ingredients, mixing well. Stir in sourdough starter and
oil. Turn dough out on a floured surface. Knead until smooth and
elastic, about 8-10 minutes. Shape dough into 2-inch balls. Place in
greased pan. Let rise, covered, for 30-40 minuts. Bake at 425 degrees
for 15-17 minutes.
