Smokey Fish Pie

Ingrients & Directions


1 cn (10 oz) condensed mushroom
-soup
1/4 pt Milk
8 oz Smoked fish, cooked & flaked
4 oz Grated cheese
8 oz Pasta shells, cooked
Ground black pepper
2 oz Wholemeal breadcrumbs
Parsley to garnish

Place soup and milk into a saucepan. Bring to boil over med. heat stirring
continuously. Add the fish, cheese and pasta. Season to taste. Place
mixture in shallow ovenproof dish. Cover the top with the breadcrumbs. Bake
mod. oven 15 mins. Serve garnished with parsley.
