Ingrients & Directions


1 c Sourdough starter
1 ts Salt
1/2 ts Soda
1 c Flour
2 ts Baking powder
4 tb Shortening; melted

Mix ingredients. Roll or pat dough 3/4 to 1 inch thick. Cut 2 inch
biscuits or drop on greased pan. Let stand 20 minutes before baking. Bake
20 – 25 minutes at 425 degrees F.
