1/4 c Flour — whole-wheat
1 c Milk — nonfat (skim)
1/4 c Milk,non-instant — skim*
4 Eggs
1/4 c Soy powder
1/4 c Swiss cheese
1 ts Salt
2 tb Oil — sesame
1 1/3 ts Sugar substitute
Preparation Time: 0:15 1. Mix together flour, powdered milk, soy powder,
salt, and sugar substitute. 2. Add skim milk, swiss cheese and eggs and
beat well. 3. Put 2 tablespoons of oil in large skillet and pour in 1/4 cup
of batter. Saute on both sides until browned. 4. Use remaining batter the
same way.
