3/4 c Mayonnaise
2 ts Olives — green minced
1 tb Lemon juice
1 ts Capers; drained — minced
1/2 ts Lemon rind grated
1 sm Egg; cooked hard — peeled
1 tb Parsley — finely minced
Finely chopped
2 ts Scallion — green and white
Salt and pepper to taste
Finely minced
Tiny pinch curry powder
Beat the mayonnaise with the lemon juice and rind. Fold in the
remaining ingredients, seasoning to taste. Chill several hours before
