Toll House Cookies

Ingrients & Directions


1/2 c Butter
1/4 c Shortening
1/2 c White sugar
1/2 c Brown sugar
2 Eggs
2 ts Vanilla
1 1/2 c Flour
1/2 ts Baking powder
1/2 ts Salt
2 c Semisweet chocolate pieces

Make 8″ foil “pans” so cookies will hold shape.

Mix all in order given. chill dough 3 hours – 3 days.
