Bread Stuffing

Ingrients & Directions


4 c Dry bread cubes 1 c Hot water or turkey broth
1 c Chopped celery 1/4 ts Black pepper
Onion chopped 3/4 ts Ground sage
2 tb Chopped parsley 1/4 ts Dried marjoram
Clove garlic minced 1/2 ts Dried thyme

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Toss to mix well. Stuff into a
10-pound turkey or four Cornish game hens.

fat – 2 g., sodium – 199 mg., potassium – 177 mg., cholesterol – 0
