Ingrients & Directions


2 ea Egg whites, beaten 1 ts Dry Mustard
2 tb Mayonnaise 1/4 ts Pepper
2 ts Parsley, fresh chopped 1/2 c Bread crumbs, soft
1 1/4 ts Old Bay seasoning 1 lb Crabmeat, drained
1 ts Worcestershire sauce 1 x Vegetable oil for frying

Combine all except vegetable oil. Shape into 8
patties. Place on baking sheet lined with wax paper.
Chill 30 minutes. Cook in hot oil 6 minutes each
side or until browned.
