Ingrients & Directions
1 c Brown sugar 8 ea Eggs; well beaten
1 c Lard 5 c Flour
1 ts Baking soda; heaping
Take out 2 T. of egg white to wash top of cookies. Mold in hand, do not
roll on bake board.
Note: No time or temperature given. Assume a 425 F. oven.
