Dried Tomato And Rosemary Bread

Ingrients & Directions


-FOR 1# LOAF-
2/3 c Water
2 tb Snipped unsalted dried
-tomatoes (do not use oil
-pack)
1 tb Olive or vegetable oil
3/4 ts Salt
2 c Bread flour
3 tb Nonfat dry milk powder
2 ts Sugar
1/2 ts Dried rosemary, crushed
1/2 ts Paprika
1 1/2 ts Bread machine yeast

FOR 1.5# POUND LOAF
1 c Water
3 tb Snipped unsalted dried
-tomatoes (do not use oil
-pack)
1 tb Olive or vegetable oil
1 ts Salt
3 c Bread flour
1/4 c Nonfat dry milk powder
1 tb Sugar
ts Dried rosemary, crushed
3/4 ts Paprika
2 ts Bread machine yeast

Add ingredients to bread machine pan in the order suggested by
manufacturer, adding dried tomatoes with the water. Recommended cycle:
Basic/white bread cycle; medium/normal color setting.
