Ingrients & Directions
2 tb Margarine — melted
1/4 c Honey
1/2 ts Vanilla
1 1/2 c Rolled oats
1/2 c Unbleached flour
1/2 ts Salt
1 ts Cinnamon
1/4 c Walnuts — minced fine
In a mixing bowl, combine margarine, honey, and vanilla. In another
mixing bowl, combine oats, flour, salt, cinnamon, and walnuts. Mix
wet ingredients with dry ingredients just until moistened. Press
crust firmly and evenly into the bottom and around the sides of a 9″
pie pan.
