Savory Cheese-tomato Bread

Ingrients & Directions


FOR 1 SMALL LOAF
1/2 c Heavy cream
2 tb Olive oil
2 lg Eggs
1/2 c Sun dried tomatoes slices;
-reconstituted
1/4 c Scallions; finely chopped
2 Cloves garlic; minced
3/4 c Parmesan cheese or; grated
3/4 c Romano cheese; grated
2 c All-purpose flour;
-unbleached
3/4 ts Salt
1 1/2 ts Active dry yeast

FOR 1 LARGE LOAF
3/4 c Heavy cream
3 tb Olive oil
3 lg Eggs
3/4 c Sun-dried tomato slices;
-reconstituted
1/2 c Scallions; finely chopped
3 Cloves garlic; minced
1 c Parmesan cheese or; grated
1 c Romano cheese; grated
3 1/2 c All-purpose flour;
-unbleached
1 1/2 ts Salt
2 ts Active dry yeast

Pour all wet ingredients into bread machine baking pan. Measure all other
ingredients except yeast into baking pan. Sprinkle yeast over dry
ingredients, being careful not to get yeast wet. Use rapid bake cycle on
your machine for this loaf.
