Frozen Strawberry Pie

Ingrients & Directions


1 c Whipping cream
3/4 c Strawberries
2 Egg whites
1 ts Lemon juice
1 c Sugar
1 Prepared pie shell

Beat egg whites until fluffy.

Add berries, lemon juice, sugar and beat no less than 15 minutes.

Whip cream until thick; fold into other mixture.

Pour into prepared pie shell and freeze until ready to serve. (Graham
cracker shell works well).

Other berries or fruit may be substitued for the strawberries. – – – –
Alternative: Use one 12 oz. container Cool Whip or other non-dairy topping
instead of cream.
