1 Fresh California peach
4 Plum
1/2 c Firmly packed brown sugar
1 1/2 c Rolled oats
1 c All-purpose flour
3/4 c Margarine or butter
1 ts Ground cinnamon
1/4 ts Baking powder
1. In small bowl, combine fruit and 2 tablespoons brown sugar; set
aside. 2. In medium bowl, combine remaining ingredients. 3. Press
1/2 of oat mixture into 8-inch square microwave-safe baking dish.
Microwave on HIGH 2 minutes. 4. Spread fruit mixture on top. Crumble
remaining oat mixture on top of fruit; pat down slightly. 5.
Microwave on HIGH 2 to 4 minutes or until set; check after 2 minutes.
6. Let stand 20 minutes before cutting.
