1 ea Jalapeno slices to taste 1/2 c Flour
1 lb Nonfat Cheddar cheese 1/2 c Egg Beaters
1 lb Nonfat mozzarella cheese 1 cn Evaporated skim milk
Arrange grated mozzarella and Chedar cheese in a 9 1/2 x 11″ baking
dish. Mix flour, Egg Beaters and skim milk. Pour mixture over the
cheese. Arrange as many Jalapeno peppers as you wish on top. Bake at
350F 30 minutes. Per serving: 56 cal., 0.1g fat (2%), 4mg chol., 0g
