2 1/2 c Fine graham cracker crumbs
1 ts Baking powder
1/2 ts Salt
1 c Sugar
3 Beaten eggs
1 pk (9 oz) mincemeat; broken in
-pieces
1 c Chopped walnuts
1 ts Grated lemon peel
Combine crumbs, baking powder and salt; set aside. Gradually add sugar to
eggs, beating until very thick; fold in crumbs, mincemeat, nuts and lemon
peel. Turn mixture into a well greased 9 in square pan. Bake at 350? for 30
to 35 minutes or till lightly browned. Cut in squares and serve warm with
Tangy Lemon Sauce or Whipped cream.
