1 pk (1-lb) fudge brownie mix
1/4 c Water
2 Eggs
1/2 c Chopped nuts
1 1/2 c Whipping cream
1/3 c Brown sugar; packed
1 tb Instant coffee
Preheat oven to 350. Grease 2 round cake pans. Blend brownie mix, water &
eggs. Stir in nuts. Spread batter into pans. Bake 20 minutes. Cool 5
minutes in pans. Turn out onto racks & cool. Whip cream until it starts to
thicken; gradually add sugar & coffee. Continue beating until stiff. Fill
layers with 1 cup of whipped cream mixture, frost sides & top with
remaining cream mixture. Sprinkle shaved chocolate on top, if desired.
Chill 1 hour.
